With 21 years’ experience in cultivating partnerships as a sales representative and district sales manager for Frito-Lay North America, Rick is excited to join the Big Dan’s team as the operating partner for Crystal River, FL. Dedicated to employee mentoring, customer relationships, team leadership and sales, Rick’s skill set will serve our company and the Crystal River community well. He holds a B.A. in Criminology and an M.B.A. in Supply Chain from Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, FL. In his free time, he loves boating the local waters as well as around the Tampa Bay area, and he is involved with starting a new church in Lecanto called Cross Ridge Church. He and his wife, Missy, have been residents of Citrus County since 1996, and they have three children, Ethan, Ella, and Emmy.
