Are you having an auction, raffle, fundraiser, or event and are looking for donations and door prizes from local businesses? As a community partner, we strive to support as many organizations as possible.
We receive many requests, so we ask that applications be completed online at least 30 days before the event date. Please understand that not all donation requests will be met; however, we will consider every request that fits our guidelines.
If your request is approved, you will receive more information from our team.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for fulfillment, the organization and donation should meet these qualifications:
- The event serves the greater good of the community and a local audience.
- The organization’s purpose aligns with the ethics and integrity of Big Dan’s Car Wash and the Shadday Family Office.
- The organization must be able to receive tax-deductible donations, provide a W9, and qualify under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
- The organization falls into one of the following categories: Education, Public Entities, Service Clubs/Organizations, Youth Athletic Groups, and Religious Organizations.
