PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE BIG DAN’S CAR WASH LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Program Eligibility & Overview
1.1
The Big Dan’s Car Wash Loyalty Rewards Program (“Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of Big Dan’s Car Wash (“Big Dan’s”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The Program is intended for personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. Businesses, organizations, fleet accounts, and commercial entities are not eligible to participate unless otherwise authorized by Big Dan’s Car Wash.
Participants must be residents of the United States, be at least 18 years of age, and maintain a valid email address and mobile phone number.
1.2
By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Big Dan’s Car Wash reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When practical, changes will be communicated electronically prior to taking effect.
1.3
Participation requires use of the Big Dan’s Car Wash mobile app and a smartphone with
an internet connection. Certain Program features, including earning and redeeming rewards, may not be available outside the app.
2. Enrollment
2.1
Customers who create a Big Dan’s Car Wash app account are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
2.2
Enrollment requires your first name, last name, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
2.3
If you opt out of promotional communications, you may miss important Program updates, bonus point promotions, reward opportunities, or Program changes.
2.4
Only one loyalty account may be associated with a single email address or mobile phone number.
3. Earning Points
3.1
Customers earn points on eligible purchases made through the Big Dan’s Car Wash
app:
- Retail customers earn at least 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible
purchases. - Unlimited Membership customers earn at least 10 points for every $1 spent on
recurring membership charges (excluding taxes).
Eligible purchases may include:
- Single washes
- Membership payments
- Other qualifying purchases completed through the app
3.2
Purchases made outside the app may not qualify for loyalty points unless otherwise specified by Big Dan’s Car Wash.
3.3
Big Dan’s Car Wash may award promotional bonus points for special events, marketing campaigns, referrals, birthdays, or other promotional activities.
3.4
Big Dan’s Car Wash reserves the right to adjust or remove points resulting from fraud, abuse, system errors, chargebacks, or misuse of the Program.
4. Redeeming Rewards
4.1
Points may be redeemed exclusively through the Big Dan’s Car Wash app for eligible rewards.
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
4.2
Unless otherwise stated, points expire 12 months after they are earned. Expired points
cannot be reinstated.
4.3
Rewards may include, but are not limited to:
- Free washes
- Wash upgrades
- Membership credits
- Discounts
- Promotional merchandise
- Exclusive offers
Reward availability and redemption values may change at any time.
4.4
Occasionally Big Dan’s Car Wash may offer limited-time bonus promotions, accelerated
point earning opportunities, or special redemption events. These promotions may begin
or end without prior notice.
4.5
Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another
account.
5. Communications
5.1
Account-related communications, including purchase confirmations, security notices, reward updates, and Program information, may be sent regardless of marketing communication preferences.
5.2
You may opt out of promotional text messages at any time by replying STOP to any
marketing message or by updating your notification preferences within the Big Dan’s
Car Wash app.
5.3
If you previously opted out, you may opt back in by replying START to any Big Dan’s
Car Wash text message or by updating your notification preferences within the Big
Dan’s Car Wash app.
6. Program Changes & Termination
6.1
Big Dan’s Car Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty
Rewards Program or any portion of it at any time without prior notice.
6.2
Big Dan’s Car Wash may suspend or terminate any loyalty account for suspected fraud,
abuse, misuse, violation of these Terms, or other conduct deemed harmful to the Program or Company.
If an account is terminated, any unused rewards or points may be forfeited.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Dan’s Car Wash, its affiliates, officers,
employees, and representatives from claims arising from misuse of the Program or
violation of these Terms.
7.2
Big Dan’s Car Wash is not responsible for any loss, damages, or claims arising from
participation in the Program.
7.3
Any disputes relating to the Loyalty Rewards Program shall be resolved in accordance
with applicable laws governing Big Dan’s Car Wash.
8. Privacy
Information collected through your participation in the Program will be handled in
accordance with the Big Dan’s Car Wash Privacy Policy.
You may request your loyalty transaction history by contacting our Customer Experience
Team.
