Walton joined Big Dan’s four years ago and has been instrumental in the company’s rapid growth. During his tenure, he has helped strengthen operational excellence, develop high-performing leaders, and build a culture centered on exceptional customer service and teamwork.
In his new role, Walton will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all Big Dan’s locations, helping drive consistency, innovation, and continued growth throughout the company.
